If your Herb Society has a website "Home Page", why not have a link to your site placed here so that visitors to the Herb Federation site can easily find your site.
If your Herb Society does not already have a website "Home Page", the Herb Federation could host one for you. The "Home Page" hosted by the Herb Federation could contain general information about your society together with links to information that needs to be regularly updated, such as details of the next meeting etc.
Information that needs to be regularly updated could be hosted by one of your committee members using the free entitlement provided by their Internet Service Provider as part of their normal household internet connection, or alternatively could be emailed to the Herb Federation webmaster to be added to the Federation website.
