Conference 2017 - Invercargill - November 17th - 19th
Have you ever needed an excuse for a trip to beautiful Invercargill? Here is the perfect one. What could be better than combining a holiday in a wonderful place with a HFNZ Conference hosted by Southland Herb Society members.
November 17 – 19th are the dates for Conference 2017, the biennial conference of the Herb Federation of New Zealand to be held at the Elmwood Gardens venue in Invercargill. The conference offers a range of speakers and workshop tutors, garden visits followed by two options of a bus trip out to Gem Stone beach or a day on Stewart Island on Monday the 19th.
Speakers and workshop tutors have been contacted and all are very enthusiastic and range from a cray fishing family member, foraging, garden visits including our very own Queens Park and Jessie Calder garden. There is something for everyone and we looking forward to hosting each and every one of you.
Further information will be posted here as soon as it is available.
The Herb Federation of New Zealand sponsors a Conference every second year [uneven numbered years] at a location set generally at the previous Conference. Each Conference is generally organised and managed by the Herb Society or Society’s in the local area. Would your Herb Society like to host the Federation Conference in your area? Find out more...
