WHERE THERE’S A WILL THERE’S A WAY TO HELP HERBS

By making a Will you give instructions for what becomes of the property and assets you have. After you have provided for your family and other people important to you, you may also decide to make a gift to an organisation. As part of your will you may decide to make a bequest to the New Zealand Herb Federation to help further its work. If you already have a Will you can make a bequest by adding a simple amendment to the Will.

The bequest should designate THE NEW ZEALAND HERB FEDERATION INC as the recipient and be worded along these lines:

“I, (your name), give to the New Zealand Herb Federation Inc., the sum of $______ for use in achieving the Objects of the Federation, as set out in the New Zealand Herb Federation Inc. Constitution. The receipt of the Federation’s Treasurer shall be full and sufficient discharge to my trustee.”
