Herb Federation of New Zealand Annual Project Award
The HFNZ Annual Herb Project Award is aimed at encouraging HFNZ members to
pursue projects which further objective 2a. of the HFNZ Constitution.
Object 2a. is:
“To promote education in the cultivation and use of herbs amongst the general
public through the products of written educational materials, coordination of
national programmes, presentation of public workshops and any other relevant
activities”.
- To be eligible for the HFNZ Annual Herb Project Award:
- the project must have been undertaken since the last HFNZ A.G.M., and
- the applicant must either be an individual financial member, or a
group or Herb Society that is a financial member of the Herb Federation of New Zealand.
- Projects are to be submitted to the HFNZ Secretariat, P.O. Box 546,
Feilding 4740, by 30th September. NOTE for 2011 projects to be submitted
by 30th October 2011.
- The HFNZ Annual Herb Project Award is awarded at each A.G.M. of the
HFNZ.
- The Award consists of a cheque for $250.00 to enable the winners to
continue with further promotion of herbs and their uses.
The Upper Clutha Herb Society has kindly agreed to fund the HFNZ Annual Herb
Project Award for 2011, 2012, 2013, and 2014.
